Hi! I have a PhD in Theatre and Performance Studies from the University of Maryland, College Park.

My dissertation "Transforming the Beast: The Theatre Laboratories of the 'Disney Renaissance' 1984-1994" highlights the contributions of theatre professionals on the Walt Disney Company at that time.

I specialize in theatre history with an emphasis in popular culture, material culture, tourism studies, theatre architecture, musical theatre, and the digital humanities. Other interests include queer studies, critical race studies, and theater for social change.

I have worked professionally as a director, designer, and manager for the last decade.
